Kısaca: ListenPad'in sunucusu yoktur. Notların ve ayarların tarayıcında saklanır. Google Drive senkronunu açarsan notların kendi Google Drive'ına yazılır; biz hiçbir veriyi görmeyiz, toplamayız, satmayız. Reklam, analitik ya da izleme yoktur.

1. Kapsam

Bu politika ListenPad tarayıcı eklentisini ve listenpad.pages.dev sitesini kapsar. "Biz", ListenPad'in geliştiricisini ifade eder.

2. Tarayıcında saklanan veriler

Aşağıdakiler yalnızca senin cihazında, tarayıcının eklenti deposunda (chrome.storage) tutulur:

• Aldığın notlar: alıntı metni, video ya da sayfa başlığı ve adresi, zaman damgası, çeviri, etiketler ve kendi yazdığın not; ekran resmi (slayt) notlarının resimleri.
• Ayarlar (tema, yazı boyutu, kısayollar), panel konumu, videolarda kaldığın yer.
• Yüklediğin altyazı dosyaları ve video başına seçimlerin.
• Tekrar indirmemek için saklanan altyazılar ve çeviriler (en çok yaklaşık 300 kayıt; eskileri kendiliğinden silinir).

3. Hangi veri nereye gider

ListenPad yalnızca bir özelliği kullandığında ve yalnızca o özellik için gereken veriyle bağlantı kurar:

Çeviri kaynağı Chrome olduğunda	Hiçbir yere	Çeviri, ve yüklediğin altyazı dosyasının dil tanıması, Chrome'un cihazdaki yerleşik araçlarıyla yapılır.
Google Drive'ı bağladığında (isteğe bağlı)	Google (accounts.google.com, googleapis.com)	Google girişi; notların ve slayt resimlerin kendi Drive'ındaki "ListenPad" klasörüne yazılır ve oradan okunur.

Bunların dışında ListenPad hiçbir veriyi hiçbir yere göndermez. Bizim bir sunucumuz yoktur; verilerin bize ulaşmaz.

4. Google Drive ve Google hesabı verileri

• ListenPad yalnızca şu izinleri ister: drive.file (yalnızca ListenPad'in kendi oluşturduğu dosyalar) ve e-posta adresin.
• drive.file izniyle ListenPad Drive'ındaki diğer dosyaları göremez, okuyamaz, değiştiremez.
• E-posta adresin yalnızca eklentinin ayarlar penceresinde hangi hesaba bağlı olduğunu göstermek ve oturumunu yenilemek için kullanılır.
• Google erişim belirteci (token) yalnızca tarayıcının belleğinde, oturum boyunca tutulur.
• ListenPad'in Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) koşulları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uyar. Bu veriler yalnızca senin Drive'ındaki notlarını senkronlamak için kullanılır; reklam için kullanılmaz, satılmaz, kimseyle paylaşılmaz ve insanlar tarafından okunmaz.

5. Eklenti izinleri neden gerekli

• Tüm sitelerde çalışma: altyazılı videoların bulunduğu her sayfada okuma panelini göstermek ve herhangi bir sayfada seçtiğin metni not alabilmek için. Eklenti sayfaların içeriğini toplamaz ve göndermez; yalnızca senin not aldığın metni, senin tarayıcında kaydeder.
• Depolama: notları, ayarları ve resimleri tarayıcında saklamak için.
• İndirmeler: slaytları ve dışa aktardığın dosyaları İndirilenler klasörüne kaydetmek için.
• Kimlik (identity) ve alarmlar: isteğe bağlı Google Drive girişi ve düzenli senkron için.

6. Verilerini silmek

• Notlarını Notlarım sayfasından tek tek silebilirsin.
• Eklentiyi kaldırdığında tarayıcıdaki tüm verileri silinir.
• Drive bağlantısını eklentinin ayarlarındaki "Bağlantıyı kes" ile kesebilir, erişimi Google hesabı izinleri sayfasından kaldırabilirsin. Drive'daki "ListenPad" klasörü senindir; istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

7. Bu site

listenpad.pages.dev çerez kullanmaz ve analitik içermez. Seçtiğin dil tarayıcında hatırlanır. Site Cloudflare üzerinde barındırılır; Cloudflare, hizmeti sunmak için standart erişim kayıtları (ör. IP adresi) tutabilir.

8. Çocuklar

ListenPad çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz; zaten hiçbir kullanıcıdan veri toplamaz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada, yeni yürürlük tarihiyle yayınlanır.

Privacy policy

In short: ListenPad has no server. Your notes and settings are stored in your browser. If you turn on Google Drive sync, your notes are written to your own Google Drive; we never see, collect or sell any data. There are no ads, analytics or tracking.

1. Scope

This policy covers the ListenPad browser extension and the listenpad.pages.dev website. "We" means the developer of ListenPad.

2. Data stored in your browser

The following stays on your device only, in the browser's extension storage (chrome.storage):

• Your notes: the quoted text, the video or page title and address, the timestamp, translation, tags and your own comment; pictures of screenshot (slide) notes.
• Settings (theme, font size, shortcuts), the panel position, where you left off in videos.
• Subtitle files you load and your per-video choices.
• Subtitles and translations kept so they aren't downloaded again (about 300 entries at most; older ones are removed automatically).

3. What goes where

ListenPad only connects to a service when you use a feature, and only with the data that feature needs:

When Chrome is the translation source	Nowhere	Translation, and language detection for subtitle files you load, run on your device with Chrome's built-in tools.
When you connect Google Drive (optional)	Google (accounts.google.com, googleapis.com)	Google sign-in; your notes and slide pictures are written to and read from a "ListenPad" folder in your own Drive.

Apart from these, ListenPad sends no data anywhere. We have no server; your data never reaches us.

4. Google Drive and Google account data

• ListenPad requests only: drive.file (only files ListenPad itself creates) and your email address.
• With drive.file, ListenPad cannot see, read or change any other file in your Drive.
• Your email address is only used to show which account is connected in the extension's settings and to renew your session.
• The Google access token is kept only in the browser's memory for the session.
• ListenPad's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This data is used only to sync your notes with your Drive; it is not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with anyone and not read by humans.

5. Why the extension needs its permissions

• Running on all sites: to show the reading panel on any page with a subtitled video and to let you save text you select on any page. The extension does not collect or send page contents; it only saves the text you choose to note, in your browser.
• Storage: to keep notes, settings and pictures in your browser.
• Downloads: to save slides and exported files to your Downloads folder.
• Identity and alarms: for the optional Google Drive sign-in and periodic sync.

6. Deleting your data

• Delete individual notes on the My notes page.
• Removing the extension deletes all of its data from your browser.
• Disconnect Drive with "Bağlantıyı kes" (Disconnect) in the extension's settings, and revoke access on your Google account permissions page. The "ListenPad" folder in your Drive is yours; delete it whenever you like.

7. This website

listenpad.pages.dev uses no cookies and no analytics. Your language choice is remembered in your browser. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep standard access logs (e.g. IP address) to provide the service.

8. Children

ListenPad does not knowingly collect data from children; it does not collect data from anyone.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page with a new effective date.
